As we said, they're fashionable, because many people demand them without really knowing whether those products are better for our health. It seems that if it isn't organic, it isn't healthy — categorically false. There are a large number of products you can find at

Only organic if they have the certificate
Organic certification guarantees that products have been produced or prepared following organic farming standards, and that they have been controlled throughout their production, preparation, packaging and marketing process.
The control and certification of
organic foods are the only
guarantee for the consumer that the provisions of the
European organic production regulations are being met, and they also protect the terms used on labels. In other words, only products with organic certification can refer to terms such as ecological, biological or organic.
And to certify products there are accredited certifying companies in each country authorized by the corresponding governments. It is of great
importance for consumers and producers
that these certifiers exist, because they are responsible for oversight, carrying out periodic audits that ensure the regulatory requirements are met and that there is
no fraud.

Organic agriculture has been legally regulated in Spain since 1989, when the Regulation of the Generic Denomination “Organic Agriculture” was approved, which remained in force until the entry into force of Regulation (EEC) 2092/91 on organic agricultural production and its labelling on agricultural and food products.
In Spain, the control and certification of organic agricultural production is the responsibility of the Autonomous Communities and is carried out mainly by public control authorities, through territorial Organic Agriculture Councils or Committees that depend on the respective Ministries or Departments of Agriculture.
