The pleasure of sweetness, without sugar

Giving up sugar… without giving up pleasure? Yes, it’s possible. And it has a name: Sucralín.

Recipe: Sugar-free carrot cake with Sucralín

Ingredients:
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g (about 1 1/4 cups) flour
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 60 g (about 1/4 cup) mild olive oil
  • 20 g of Sucralín (equivalent to approx. 140 g of sugar)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Beat the eggs together with the Sucralín until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add the yogurt and oil, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the grated carrot.
  5. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, and mix until you obtain a uniform batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a previously greased pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
  8. Let cool… and enjoy without guilt.
