Origin and rearing
Each pig is raised with more than 100 m² per animal, feeding naturally on selected cereals, pasture, tubers and roots, ensuring juicy, flavoursome meat. This dedication and care in rearing is reflected in every cut, offering a unique gourmet experience.
Curing and organoleptic characteristics
The ham is cured artisanally for between 18 and 24 months in natural cellars, where it develops its persistent aroma and balanced flavour:
- Visual: elongated, slender shape, with ivory fat and bright cherry-red lean meat, abundant marbling.
- Olfactory: intense aroma with notes of nuts, wood and delicate touches typical of Cebo de Campo.
- Taste: smooth, lingering and harmonious flavour, with a slight sweet note, low salt content and a texture that melts on the palate.

Storage conditions: Keep in a dry, cool place (between 10º and 20º), preferably hanging. It has an approximate consumption period of 3 months once cut.
