Each vintage gives a personality to this great cava that sets trends. The best Pinot Noir vineyards are selected—from Can Prats to San Lorenzo to the slopes along the Anoia River. From these 10 hectares comes the fruit that yields wines with the optimal level of ripeness and acidity. It is an excellent cava made biodynamically. Considering its quality/price ratio, it is truly exceptional. With a total production of only 5,000 liters, the Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2018 was aged for over 60 months. Based on a estate-grown Pinot Noir from the Costers de l’Anoia area and with a minimum of 18 months of aging on the lees, it stands out for a complex nose where red berries and violet notes prevail. On the palate it is crisp, dry and very refreshing. Made biodynamically, respecting the environment and letting nature do its work. A Brut Reserva rosé that would cast a shadow over a good Champagne without trying. Pioneers in organic and biodynamic farming, they are also full producers—their grapes all come from their own vineyards, and 100% of their production is pressed and vinified at the winery.
