Origin and production
This vinegar is produced on our estate, where we plant red and white grapevines to complement our Mediterranean triad: olive groves, cereals and vineyards. Each drop is acidified in an artisan way, following the technique of the master vinegar makers of El Majuelo, creating a vinegar balanced between sweetness and acidity that respects the grape’s natural character.
