Casa Amella Organic Gluten-Free Pardina Lentils 330g are a national organic legume of extra category, grown in León and steam-cooked to preserve as much as possible their texture, flavour and nutritional properties. They are the only steam-cooked lentils certified gluten free, making them an ideal choice for people with coeliac disease or who follow a gluten-free diet.

Artisan-made and with no additives, they offer superior quality within ready-to-eat organic legumes.

Casa Amella, entre la cuisine et les champs

Lorsque Dani a fondé Casa Amella dans le garage de ses oncles, en 2002 à Castellterçol, il voulait partager avec davantage de personnes le privilège auquel il avait accès : une cuisine saine à base de produits du village, cultivés avec soin et dans le respect de la terre. Les ragoûts aromatiques que sa mère, Carmen, préparait selon la tradition de sa grand-mère María Josefa ont permis à Dani d’apprécier la cuisine maison dès son enfance. Tandis que les journées passées dans la nature avec son grand-père Isidre, agriculteur, et son grand-père Francisco, amoureux des animaux et passionné de chasse sans jamais tirer un seul coup de fusil, lui ont appris d’où venaient les ingrédients de son assiette et l’importance de prendre soin de l’environnement.
