Gourmet Pairing – Made in Spain Recommendation

  • With artisan dark chocolate (70-80%) from our gourmet selection, highlighting its elegant bitterness.
  • Alongside a mature Manchego cheese, which brings a salty counterpoint and enhances the caramel notes.
  • As an accompaniment to a Galician almond cake (Tarta de Santiago), creating the perfect interplay between sweetness and nuts.
  • For an informal touch: enjoy a cup with Sal de Ibiza chips, where the salty crunch brings out the coffee’s smoothness.

Storage and Consumption

    1. Store in a cool, dry place Keep your coffee in a dark place, away from direct light, moisture, and heat sources. The ideal temperature for maintaining coffee freshness is between 10-20°C.
    2. Airtight container Use an airtight container, such as a glass jar or vacuum-sealed bag, to prevent air and moisture from altering the flavor. This step is crucial to preserve the natural oils and prevent the coffee from quickly losing its freshness.
    3. Avoid refrigeration and freezing Although some choose to refrigerate or freeze coffee, it is not recommended, as these processes can alter its flavor profile by absorbing odors and moisture. It is best to keep the coffee in its original state at room temperature, in a place without extreme temperature fluctuations.
    4. Do not grind excessively Whole-bean coffee preserves its natural oils and freshness longer than ground coffee. If possible, grind only the amount you need for each preparation. Ground coffee quickly loses its properties and flavor after being crushed.
    5. Best enjoyed by Although coffee can remain in good condition for some time, we recommend enjoying it at its best, ideally between 3 and 6 months after purchase, to make the most of its freshness and flavor complexity.
By following these simple steps, you can enjoy a Pico Supreme that is always fresh and full of the vibrant acidity and deep chocolate flavor that define it.
