Sucralín Liquid Pack of 3 Units, Foodservice Format

Sucralín was created in 2010 with a clear aim: to offer an alternative to sugar. They wanted to be the best natural-origin sugar substitute. But the consumer is the one who must decide that. And for that to happen, a series of factors had to come together to make it possible.

There are two fundamental factors above all the rest. The first is creating a product that stands apart from the competition, with enough quality to be recognized as one of the best on the market. And the second is having real consumer demand for your product category, and having those consumers decide to award you the “prize” for best product.

To achieve that result, there were a number of factors that depended on the people who make up Sucralín themselves. Such as the raw materials used to make Sucralín. If they did not use the best on the market, they would hardly be able to differentiate themselves from the competition, and consumers could buy their products or others without caring about the brand.

But they invested in innovation to obtain the best final product on the market, one that would satisfy them first, and then give them a better chance of convincing consumers.

And they achieved it. A complete success. The best natural sweetener on the market, because it tastes like sugar, without the drawbacks of sugar.

In our country, we are not used to being leaders or trend-setting references. But over time, little by little, that idea has been changing. In premium natural-origin sweeteners, Sucralín is the benchmark to follow.

Very appealing properties

When Sucralín was created, other sweetening options appeared on the market, some of natural origin such as stevia, very sweet but with an aftertaste that changes the flavor of foods, as it tastes like licorice. And others such as polyalcohols (erythritol or maltitol) that do sweeten, but whose consumption causes flatulence and laxative effects.

Sucralín is the “well-rounded” sweetener. It is concentrated and has no side effects. Its sweetening power is between 7 and 10 times sweeter than sugar, with a very similar texture and, most importantly, it tastes like sugar.

In addition, it made it possible to use it not only to sweeten beverages or dairy products, but it also took the step of entering the kitchen, becoming one more ingredient in culinary recipes. Its ease of use in cooking completed the circle.

Add to that its extremely low calories. It is also suitable for people with diabetes, contains no gluten or lactose, and is liver-friendly (it contains no phenylalanine as Aspartame does, the sweetener used in zero-calorie carbonated drinks), giving us a product that changed forever the way dishes, drinks, and desserts are sweetened.

That is how its journey began back in 2011, entering pharmacies and parapharmacies. And thanks to its success, it spread throughout Spain, expanding its distribution to herbal shops, dietetic centers, supermarkets, the industrial/professional market and, of course, the internet.

Storage: in a cool place, preferably away from light.

Sucralín, a Spanish brand that invests in innovation and development

The spontaneity with which the product Sucralín came about makes its story even more romantic. Its creator and CEO, Oscar Gràcia, was found to have high blood sugar during his routine annual checkups because, to put it rather informally, “he took his sugar with coffee.” And that, day after day, led his medical reports to warn him of the serious risk he could face if he continued consuming that amount of sugar every day. And because he is a decisive and highly pragmatic person, he decided to look for alternatives to his literal addiction to sugar in his coffee. With the help of his doctor, he created a working team that included endocrinologists and nutritionists. They worked to find a product that could replace sugar 100%. In the world of sweeteners, there had not been much progress in recent years, with saccharin being almost the only alternative for sweetening drinks. It is an artificial-origin sweetener, used only in beverages, with a flavor that hardly resembles sugar. But Óscar did not want to copy an alternative product; he wanted to go further. That was a much bigger challenge. It forced him to invest in R&D to find formulas that would lead to a product that, in addition to sweetening, could replace sugar at every stage, even for cooking. And, through sucralose, the development of Sucralín began. That was more than 10 years ago.  ";}i:1;a:3:{s:5:"title";s:22:"Recipes with Sucralín";s:2:"id";s:20:"recetas-con-sucralin";s:7:"content";s:3632:" span 🍪 /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/galletas-de-navidad-con-sucralin-hechas-por-adriana-gutierrez/" Christmas Cookies with Sucralín /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/donuts-de-chocolate/" 🍩 Chocolate Donuts /a /span 🍰 span a href="https://madeinspain.store/tarta-de-queso-tipo-la-vina-con-frutos-rojos-e-higos/" La Viña-Style Cheesecake with Red Berries and Figs /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/bizcocho-de-limon/" 🥮 Lemon Sponge Cake /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/magdalenas-abuela-saludables/" 🧁 Healthy Grandma-Style Muffins /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/bizcocho-de-limon/" 🥮 /a Carrot and Apple Cocoa Ring Cake with TMX /span a href="https://madeinspain.store/tarta-manzana-tipo-pudin/" 🍰 span Apple Pudding-Style Tart /span /a a href="https://madeinspain.store/bizcocho-de-naranja-y-ricotta/" span 🥮 Orange and Ricotta Sponge Cake /span /a span a href="https://madeinspain.store/receta-gourmet-ronqueo/" 🥗 Gourmet Salad with Almadraba Bluefin Tuna from Cádiz by El Ronqueo /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/receta-ensalada-berberechos/" span 🥗 /span span Gourmet Salad with Cockles from Real Conservera Española /span /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/receta-vermut-mejillones/" 🍸 Vermouth with Galician Mussels and Amontillado Wine /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/esponjosos-detox-esparragos/" 🎍 Fluffy Detox Asparagus and Zucchini Bites with a Touch of Sucralín /a /span span 🥗 a href="https://madeinspain.store/ensalada-salchichon-vic/" Mixed Salad with Nutmeg and Coriander Oil, Salchichón de Vic on a Bread Crouton /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/fresas-crema-limon/" 🍓 Strawberries with Sal de Ibiza Flower Salt and Nutmeg with Lemon Cream /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/alcachofas-cocidas-datiles/" 🥦 Artichokes Cooked in Fresh Thyme and Citrus Water, Red Cabbage and Dates /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/pate-champinones-berenjena/" 🍄 Mushroom and Roasted Eggplant Pâté with Sweet Potato Chips in Oak Smoke Oil /a /span 🍲 a href="https://madeinspain.store/alubia-caldo-espinacas/" span Despensa D´Lujo Bean Broth with Aloe Vera, Leek, Celery, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Baby Spinach /span /a span a href="https://madeinspain.store/receta-de-xavier-lahuerta-para-madeinspain-store-jugo-detox-de-naranja-con-apio-perejil-aloe-vera-curcuma-y-sucralin-liquido/" 🧃 Detox Orange Juice with Celery, Parsley, Aloe Vera, Turmeric and Liquid Sucralín /a /span span a href="https://madeinspain.store/receta-de-xavier-lahuerta-para-madeinspain-store-pollo-de-corral-caramelizado-con-sucralin/" 🍗 Free-Range Chicken Caramelized with Sucralín /a /span ";}i:0;
