Handcrafted by Emily Chocolate Art, each chocolate is molded with intensely aromatic dark Belgian chocolate and hand-finished with delicate golden highlights applied by airbrush. A presentation that turns every piece into a small edible jewel.

Dark Belgian chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier—soy lecithin), white chocolate, Manchego cheese cream, organic EVOO jam with spirulina, cream, sugar, cocoa butter, gold food coloring suitable for confectionery use.

AOVE ORO LA SENDA began as a family project by the Jaime brothers from La Solana, when they became owners of an organic farming estate. From a very young age, they helped their father with the work involved in olive cultivation. Alfonso Jaime, their father, from a humble family, bought his first olive grove in the early 1990s. That is where it all began. Little by little, alternating his job with work in the fields, he acquired plots of land and always instilled in his four children the best way to work in the olive grove: caring for it and pampering it to the fullest. In 2005, he decided to commit to the quality of his product, converting his plots from conventional to organic farming. The four Jaime brothers work with enthusiasm, courage, honesty, professionalism, and humility to achieve the highest quality in their organic EVOO. A reality with a bright future ahead. With the construction of their own family olive mill, they now have a place to produce their own liquid gold. They do everything in-house: organic cultivation, harvesting, milling, bottling, and marketing. That is why it is a truly Made in Spain Gourmet brand.
