Tasting note: Mas Montseny "PREMIUM" extra virgin olive oil is an oil with no defects. Medium-high intensity green fruity profile. Balanced on the palate and with outstanding aromatic complexity, with notes of almond, walnut, artichoke, tomato, fennel, almond, and tomato plant. Overall, it is very harmonious and balanced, and highly appealing to many consumers.
Pairing: at Made in Spain Gourmet we recommend using it raw in dishes that need aromatic lift, such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinades, sauces such as mayonnaise, aioli, and vinaigrette; chilled creams (salmorejo and gazpacho); pastry doughs; and acidic tropical fruits. Also suitable for sautés, paellas, and rice dishes in general.
