On the nose, tomato, banana, and nuts such as almond can be perceived.

On the palate, it shows low intensities of both bitterness and pungency. Notes reminiscent of aromatic herbs appear. Banana is perceived on the palate, with high persistence.

Isbilya Grand Coupage Delicado is a brand of Aceites Yllanes Marini S.L. Together with the participation of Maximiliano Arteaga, a recognized expert in the world of olive oil, they are responsible for creating Isbilya Grand Coupage oil, supervising every step from the olive groves to the mill to produce this superior-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Isbilya Grand Coupage is a balanced and sensational oil; like the best oils in the world, it has low acidity levels and is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.

In October, after a rapid harvest, the olives are sent to the oil mill in under two hours. There we carry out true cold extraction at less than 27ºC, obtaining our pure olive juice.

Milling is carried out less than two hours after harvesting.

Extraction Technology. Gea Westfalia, using the latest extraction technology, obtains its olive juices and subjects them to the strictest quality controls.
