Foie Gras El Greco is a completely artisanal product, ensuring a premium-quality, 100% natural delicacy. It is made with duck liver sourced from an artisanal farm in France, in a privileged location surrounded by lush vegetation and aromatic plants. El Greco personally handles the selection and sourcing to ensure perfect traceability.
This foie gras is salt-cured from raw material acquired in Les Landes and distinguished with Label Rouge and IGP Landes certifications.
Label Rouge is awarded to foie gras producers who feed their ducks non-GMO cereals, without any antibiotic treatment, and fatten them outdoors with grain corn from the same region.
IGP Landes certifies the geographical origin of the ducks from Les Landes.
Foie Gras El Greco is a team of professionals, true lovers of fine products and good food, led by Santi Grimau, director and owner of El Greco restaurant in Sitges for 20 years, where foie gras was precisely one of the most appreciated products served. Their experience, together with the encouragement of many longtime customers and friends, inspired them to create this project.
