Alta Alella MIRGIN Cava, Organic Reserva
A love of organic cava
“Vallcirera Qualified Site”
The winery has recovered vineyards over sixty years old and planted traditional varieties such as Pansa Blanca and Mataró. All this without losing its commitment to quality and uniqueness, as certified by the recognition of one of its plots with the most premium category in the cava sector: “Qualified Site.” This means it is a unique product, born from a special, specific place, from a vineyard and estate whose location and terroir characteristics set it apart from the rest.
Integral producer
In early 2022, the Família Pujol-Busquets received the DO Cava Integral Producer quality seal, which recognizes producers who make their wines 100% on the estate—pressing and vinification—a guarantee of product traceability.

Its bubbles are fine and its color is pale yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, it intertwines delicate citrus notes (lemon peel and grapefruit) with aromas of tender almonds. The palate is light and fresh, led by a clear memory of white fruit. Thanks to aging on the lees, we perceive notes of pastry and savory bread dough. A well-integrated bubble accentuates its delicate character and enhances its minerality (chalk and salt). Despite its prolonged aging, its character remains quite fresh and arrives dressed in several layers of fruit.
