Valencian rice grown entirely in the La Albufera Natural Park in Valencia, an environment which, thanks to its natural flooding, climate, soil properties, and the age-old ancestral techniques used generation after generation by Valencian farmers, has become one of the best places in the world for rice cultivation.

For all these reasons, and thanks to good practices that support the protection of the natural balance that surrounds it, we obtain the finest extra-quality rice with designation of origin.

All selected grains are uniform in quality and size, which is very important for achieving even cooking and ensuring excellent results in your dishes. They are not mixed with other rice varieties or rice from other geographical areas that cannot guarantee the optimal organoleptic qualities required for authentic Valencian paella.

Firm in texture, with a slightly rough surface because it retains the bran layer.
