Their pigs spend the first stage of their lives on the farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in their own facilities until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50kg, when they move into the dehesa pastures.

There they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of this selection of cereals, as well as grasses, tubers, roots and acorns, reaching 90/100kg by early October (when the montanera begins), the time when the acorns fall and on which they feed exclusively until reaching an approximate adult weight of 180kg. This is essential to preserve the Iberian breed and to classify it as acorn-fed Iberian.

These Iberian hams, thanks to their distinctive breed and exquisite diet, have an elongated, elegant shank with golden, fluid fat on the outside, while the inside reveals a pink, melting appearance that fills the mouth with intense, lingering nuances.

Organic 100% Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham stands out for its intense ruby-red color and fine marbling, with a high oleic acid content that helps maintain optimal cholesterol levels.
This exquisite delicacy is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.

On the palate, it reveals a deep, persistent flavor, with a characteristic sweetness that comes from a reduced salting process and long maturation, resulting in a deliciously healthy product that delights every taste.

Storage conditions: Keep in a dry, cool place (between 10º and 20º), preferably hanging. Once cut, it should be consumed immediately or wrapped in waxed paper or cling film to avoid contact with air. In any case, it is advisable to cut only what will be consumed. It has an approximate consumption period of 3 months once cut, but it is best consumed within 30 days.
