Sotaroni

As often happens in Spain, the producer did not come from the sector—and rather than being an obstacle, this proved to be quite the opposite: his passion and love for nature and agriculture drive him to create an excellent product. Sotaroni is the brand of products born on Finca Torrevella, located in the Polop Valley of Alcoi and nestled between two natural parks. Its owner created the brand precisely to become a benchmark for the commercialization of products from the estate in an environmentally respectful way, based on regenerative agriculture. In this way, he transformed cereal fields into olive groves and fruit orchards with trees such as cherry and apple, crops with much greater value. At Sotaroni they have a maxim that perfectly explains what they do: “they are always working in the fields.”
