Lagar del Soto ECO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Jacoliva
On very specific days, at the beginning of the harvest season, during the month of October, it is made from green fruit to achieve its unique attributes. At least 20 kg of olives are needed to obtain 1 liter of product, since green olives have not yet formed their oil. So you can imagine just how exclusive this oil is.

Extraction system:| Cold-produced from the first extraction and immediately after the fruit is harvested. Milling at controlled speed
Storage: Stainless steel tanks inerted with nitrogen gas. Decanted before resting in the cellar.
Storage conditions: It is recommended to keep it protected from light at all times to slow oxidation. The bottle glass is protected against UV rays.
Best before: 18 months from bottling.

Aroma
On the nose, an intense fruitiness of green olives.
Flavor
On the palate, incredibly sweet, contrasting with the green of its color, lightly bitter, almond-like, and somewhat more peppery.
