Directions for use (traditional ñora sofrito)
For rice for 4 people: dilute 40g of salmorreta (one tablespoon) in hot broth, add the rice, and adjust seasoning to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
Best before: 18 months after production
Once opened, keep refrigerated between 3 and 5 degrees and consume within 2 months.
