Alemany eucalyptus honey is a monofloral honey with an amber / golden color.
It has aromas reminiscent of damp grass or even forest / wood. Its flavor is sweet, strong yet refreshing, which is why acidic notes may be found (a balance between sweetness and freshness).
Its flavor is very persistent and has a spicy note.

EUCALYPTUS

It also works as a natural mosquito repellent.

• Add this honey to fruit and vegetable smoothies or hot vegetable creams (for example, pumpkin, carrot or artichoke cream, ...).
• Add to recipes for dairy desserts, chocolate-based desserts (brownies, coulant cakes, ...), sponge cakes, cookies, spice breads, waffles, muffins, ...
