Product traceability: mussels from Galicia, fishmongers and products from the fish markets of Burela (Lugo)
No additives and no “extras”: they like labels with 5/6 ingredients, where the only thing accompanying the fish or seafood is a vegetable sofrito or a garlic sauce in olive oil. Just as your grandmother would make it!
KM0 products: from the tomato to the onion, all come from market gardens in their local area, specifically from their supplier “Hortas O Salnés”.
