Artisanal Crackers with Guérande Sea Salt and Olive Oil, Lady Joseph
It is a natural sea salt rich in mineral salts and trace elements, unrefined, additive-free, and sun-dried. It is harvested by hand by the Paludiers, who, generation after generation, have gathered it artisanally in the same way it was done in the 19th century.
Lady Joseph discovered the qualities of this sea salt during her summers in Brittany, and it was always an essential ingredient in her recipes.
The flour is milled artisanally. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those milled with industrial steel rollers.
We let our doughs rest for 12 hours and use slow baking to preserve nutrients and obtain an extra-thin, crisp cracker that still has structure.

Made in Spain Gourmet pairing: These artisanal crackers, crisp and delicately salted with Guérande sea salt and a touch of extra virgin olive oil, are the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board (especially soft cheeses or aged plant-based cheeses), vegetable pâtés, hummus, or nut-based spreads.
They also pair wonderfully with gourmet olives, Cantabrian anchovies, or simply a good raw EVOO for dipping.
For an elegant appetizer, serve them with a glass of dry white wine, brut nature sparkling wine, or even an artisanal vermouth.
