All selected grains are uniform in quality and size, which is very important for achieving even cooking and ensuring excellent results in your dishes. They are not blended with other rice varieties or with rice from other geographical areas that cannot guarantee the optimal organoleptic qualities required for authentic Valencian paella, or for other rice dishes.
