Picual-variety EVOOs, the “Casa Marcos” estate is located near the town of Torredelcampo and features century-old olive trees for EVOO production. Dedicated to the Picual olive variety, it stands out for its traditional work, achieving a robust flavor with bitter and pungent notes.
Traditional Picual olive grove, set on their “Sevilleja” estate, between the towns of Bailén, Mengíbar, and Espeluy. It has a marked influence of scrubland, which gives the EVOOs obtained from it a distinctive character. This traditional olive grove estate is dedicated to the Picual variety, with a bitter flavor and an aftertaste of fruity and herbaceous notes.
