100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique, nearly extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for producing acorn-fed Iberian ham, thanks to its ability to convert acorns and develop intramuscular fat. This breed is characterized by small-sized, hairless pigs, dark in color, with fine legs and mamellas (a fleshy appendage on the front of the neck).

These are 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Shoulder Hams, fully certified by accredited certification bodies under the Iberian Standard set out in Royal Decree 4/2014.

Best-before date: It has no expiry date, but consumption is recommended within no more than 6 months from the time of sale.
Storage conditions: A cool, dry place (between 10º and 20º), preferably hung. Once cut, it should be consumed immediately or wrapped in waxed paper or plastic film to avoid contact with air. In any case, it is advisable to cut only what is going to be consumed. It has an approximate consumption period of 3 months once cut, but it is best consumed within 30 days.
