100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique, nearly extinct breed selected by the founder as the finest for producing acorn-fed Iberian ham, thanks to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. This breed is characterized by small, hairless pigs with dark coloring, slender legs, and mamellas (a fleshy appendage on the front of the neck).

These are 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder hams, fully certified by accredited certification bodies in accordance with the Iberian Quality Standard set out in Royal Decree 4/2014.
